Complaints to the SCA should be addressed to the SCA Manager at complaints@scacompliance.com.au.

Where necessary and as defined in the Rules, the matter will be referred to the Governing Committee where the complaint involves SCA staff.

Any decision made by the SCA Manager to be communicated to the complainant will be reviewed and approved by the Governing Committee Board Chairman and reviewed for impartiality by the Impartiality Panel.
